My name is Randa Meshki, (MSW, RSW), a registered social worker in Ontario, Québec and Alberta, a psychotherapist, and an EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing International Association) certified therapist with over 24 years of experience across psychoeducation social work and trauma therapy.

I possess broad experience collaborating with individuals across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, I am fluent in English, Arabic, and French.

I am one of the specialists who work online with Hakkini hub, an international platform for Mental health, and have been helping people on an individual basis.

I specialize in helping children who bully and are bullied. Not only that, but I collaborate with their parents, teachers, and caregivers to help them comprehend and manage the complexities of bullying in school. Together, we develop practical strategies to combat bullying, ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved.

I have also performed multiple workshops and training over the last few years.

I am deeply passionate about helping people heal, especially those who have experienced traumatic and painful events. Furthermore, I work with my clients to help them develop a healthy perception about themselves and strengthen their ability to think and see things positively to live life peacefully and securely.

I have spearheaded various initiatives for non-profit organizations and charities.

I am highly trained in supporting people through times of acute stress using; Education-Focused Approaches by designing and leading educational workshops in an ethical, non-judgmental, and collaborative manner, using an approach that builds capacity, enhances resiliency, and promotes healing.
